• Written Inquiries by an Owner


  • Purpose

To reasonably regulate written information sought from the Association

Rules
  • The Association will respond to written inquiries by an owner sent by certified mail to the Association.
  • The Association will give a substantive response, in writing, back to an owner within the time frame allowed by the current statutes and regulations. (F.S.718.112(2)(a)(2)
  • The Association will only respond to one inquiry per owner in any 30-day period.
  • Each inquiry should not have more than 12 questions including subparts.
