• Storage


Purpose:

To allow ample storage space for the owners.

Rules:

  • The common element includes storage areas, which are located in the lower garage level. There is an assigned storage space for each unit and is not transferable.

Do not keep flammable or explosive materials in this area (i.e. oil base paint,
 paint remover, gasoline, propane tanks). The Association has the right to remove such materials at the owner’s expense.

Anything left outside the storage area will be removed.
  • Owners must provide their own locks and keys for the storage compartment.
  • Owners may allow temporary use of their storage unit by another owner.
If an owner lends a unit, a letter of permission must be filed with the office.

FYI: Storage areas are dehumidified but not air-conditioned.
