• Smoking

Purpose:

  • To maintain Plaza East Condominium as a “smoke free” building and property.

Rules:
  • Smoking is not allowed in any interior common area.
  • Smoking is allowed on the beach/cabana area.
  • Smoking at the Pool is only permitted in the Designated Smoking Area on the
south side of the pool deck on the upper plaza.
  • Persons smoking in these areas are required to keep the beach and plaza deck
clean of butts and ashes.
  • Tossing cigarette or cigar butts or ashes over a unit’s balcony or catwalk is
prohibited.
