  • Recreation Complex


Purpose:

To provide a pleasant environment for meetings and recreational activities.
 Recreation complex includes: Recreation rooms, upper and lower plazas and
Beach area.


Rules:

  • The recreation complex is limited to social events given by owners for themselves or their immediate family. The recreation complex is not intended to be used by owners’ friends, distant relatives or functions where there is a charge to the guests.
  • Owners who are members of a social group may use the recreation complex
for the group.

 The recreation complex may not be used for business-related/office-
 related functions.
  • Owners must be present at all times during the social event they are hosting.
  • To reserve any area of the recreation complex for a private function complete the Application for Recreational Complex Use, available in the Office, along with a deposit against damages. Deposit amount set by Board of Directors.
  • If the Plaza East staff is required for set-up or to restore the room to its normal
condition, the owner will be charged at the prevailing hourly service rate per person-hour.
