Purpose: To maintain a safe environment.

Rules:

• Every effort will be made by our staff to maintain maximum security 24 hours a day.

• Any problems should be reported to Security (954-563-6011).

• Keep apartment doors locked at all times.

• If locks are changed, the Office must be provided with a new key. If a key has not been left with management and an emergency arises, the Association is authorized to forcibly enter the unit. The Association has the irrevocable right of access to each apartment during reasonable hours when necessary for the maintenance, repair, or replacement of any common element or of any portion of an apartment to be maintained by the Association or as necessary to prevent damage to the common elements or to an apartment. (per F.S. Section 718.111(5))
