• Satellite Dishes

Purpose:

Proper placement of satellite dishes on balconies.

Rules

  • If owners wish to own a satellite dish, it must be placed on the balcony using an
unanchored concrete block with minimum dimensions of 24 x 24 x 2 inches.
  • The satellite dish may not be placed into walls, floors, ceiling or balustrades.
  • An Alteration Form must be filled out and approved by the Manager. The Manager
has right of access to apartment for the purpose of reviewing compliance to this
rule.
