Purpose:
To have uniform procedures for resale of units.

Rules:

• Resale of apartments must comply with the requirements of Articles X and XI of the Declaration of Condominium of Plaza East.

• An owner who wishes to sell his apartment is required to complete Intent to Sell Form available at the office. Brokers will not be permitted to show apartments until this Form is completed.

• Licensed real estate agents are permitted to show apartments seven (7) days a week, 9a.m. – 5pm.

• The Office will not supply keys for units being shown.

• The perspective buyer upon completing an Application for Occupancy will be charged a processing charge, set by the Board of Directors.

• There will be a charge for moving in and moving out of an apartment set by the Board of Directors.
