Purpose:

To keep all areas in the building safe for the owners.

Rules:

• An Owner shall not store any article in his unit or in the storage rooms that can create a fire or health hazard.

• By an order of the Fire Marshall, storage of any items is not permitted in the a/c closets, catwalk exit corridors, elevators, or fire stairwells.
