• Maintenance Requests

Purpose:

To establish procedures for Maintenance Requests by owners.

Rules:

• Owners who want the maintenance staff to do repairs/work in their units must have a work order prepared by the office.

• The manager will determine if the request can be performed and will schedule accordingly.

• Rates are at the prevailing per person-hour charge as fixed by the Board of Directors, plus materials.
