Health-care Providers and Domestics
(live-in only)


Purpose:
To control access to the building and property and to avoid wandering around
and improper use of Association facilities by health-care providers and domestics.
To increase the general security to the owners by knowing who is in the
building and on the property.

Rules:

  • The Association considers health-care providers and domestics as employees of
the unit owners.

  • This rule applies only to those health-care providers and domestics who are
live-ins with the owner.

  • No employees of owners are allowed to have guests unless the owner writes a
letter to the Manager specifying a particular person/s.

  • All health-care providers and domestics are required to present the office with a
valid photo driver’s license or equivalent ID, which will be copied and retained in
the owner’s file.

  • Under no circumstance is anyone other than the owner’s employee allowed to
have a building master key. If an owner has given an employee a master key,
employees are strictly forbidden to make this key available and any such person
using a master key (i.e. for beach access) will be considered an unlawful
trespasser on Plaza East property.


  • The employees of owners are forbidden from using recreational facilities. This
includes using the south and north beach entrances which are for owners and
their guests only. All others must access the beach via the public entrance on
Flamingo Avenue.


  • Overnight stays by employee’s family and/or guests are not permitted.
