Purpose:
To maintain
the residential atmosphere of our community.
Rules:
- Plaza East is not to be used as a hotel. Total overnight occupancy by
a. One bedroom apartment – four (4) persons
b. Two bedroom apartment – six (6) persons
c. Three bedroom apartment – eight (8) persons
Occupancy in excess of the above will be recognized as a nuisance under our Condominium documents.
- An owner not in residence may grant permission to guests to use the
less than three (3) days prior to the guests’ scheduled arrival. The owner
can obtain a Guest Application Form from the Manager.
- If a guest arrives and an owner is not in residence, the guest must have a
- No one under 18 years of age is permitted to occupy an apartment unless a parent or other adult relatives are in residence at the same time. Children should not play in lobbies, stairways, elevators, or in any way interfere with the quiet and comfort of other owners.
- All Owners are responsible for the adherence by guests to the rules of occupancy as specified for the Owners. Guests who fail to abide by the rules of Plaza East are not welcome and may have their guest privileges revoked at the discretion of the Board of Directors.
- Guests may not, in turn, grant guest privileges to other persons.
- All guests remaining overnight or longer will register with the doorperson for identification purposes prior to admission.
- Guests will not be initially admitted to the building between the hours of midnight and 8:00 a.m. unless specifically authorized by the owner.
- Guests will not be allowed any pets on the premises.
