These rules are designed to make living at Plaza East as pleasant
and comfortable as possible.
In living as neighbors, all of us not only have certain rights but
also obligations to other owners.
It should be remembered that the restrictions we impose on
ourselves are for our mutual benefit and comfort.
The following rules supplement the Declaration of Condominium, the
Articles of Incorporation,
the By-Laws of the Plaza East Association, Inc., and other legal
obligations.
Violations by owners, owners’ employees, guests and children
are the responsibilities of those owners.
Violations should be reported to the Manager of Plaza East.
Complaints in writing,
signed by the writer, will be referred to the secretary of the
Board of Directors.
The board will then institute any required action.
These rules and regulations are published in accordance with
the
Articles of Incorporation of Plaza East Association.
