Rules

  • Fitness Room


Purpose:

  • To provide a safe and clean environment for the use of the Association’s exercise equipment.

Rules:
  • Use of the equipment is at your own risk.
  • The exercise equipment is for the use of owners and their guests.
  • The fitness room and its equipment may be used 24 hours a day. The A/C
will be available between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.
  • No one under the age of 18 years is permitted to use the equipment.
  • Use on equipment is limited to ½ hour if another person is waiting to use it.
  • Drinking and eating on equipment is prohibited.
  • Clean equipment after use.
  • Moving of any of the exercise equipment is prohibited.
  • Inspect the exercise equipment before each use. Check that all nuts, bolts,
screws and pop pins are in place and fully tightened. Check cables for
signs of wear. Advise the office of any worn parts or equipment that is not
working. Never use the exercise equipment if any parts are damaged,
missing or not working.

 FYI: This room is protected by video cameras 24 hours a day.

FYI: Cleaning materials are supplied for use on the equipment.

FYI: An emergency phone is located on the wall behind the equipment to call
 the Security Office. Follow the posted instructions.
