Usage during moves and emergencies.

Rules:

MOVING

• The Manager will provide padding for moving furniture. Elevator use for handling furniture is restricted to between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. No moving will be permitted on Saturdays, Sundays, staff holidays, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day.

• Move-in and out fees will be set by Board of Directors.

• When there is a move in progress, owners from that tower will be notified and urged to use another elevator.

• During a power failure, elevators will stop briefly in order to switch to emergency power. Each elevator starting with AB, followed by CD, EF, etc. will return to the lobby. After all elevators have reached the lobby, service will be available in towers CD and GH only.

• Do not use elevators in case of fire. They are for the use of firefighters. Use fire doors, which are marked “Exit.”

• Each elevator is equipped with a bell alarm and emergency telephone.
