• Business Solicitation

Purpose:

To protect the name and address of Plaza East Condominium Association.


Rules:

  • No outside solicitation permitted.
  • No sign, advertisement notice or other lettering shall be exhibited by any party
on/or within the common elements. (see exception below)
  • No advertising of services by any person or entity not specifically authorized by
the Board shall be placed by any party in newspaper, radio or TV ads, on the

Internet or in other publications or media which use or refer to the name or address of Plaza East or any portion of the condominium property, including but not limited to, the address 4300 North Ocean Blvd.


  • No address of any unit within the condominium may be used as a business
address by any owner.
  • The name “Plaza East” may not be used in any business solicitation.
  • Unsolicited publications may not be distributed or placed in any foyer servicing
the units nor in any portion of the common elements: provided however, the
Board, in its sole discretion shall designate a specific location on the
 condominium property where such publication may be posted.
  • A bulletin board is available in the mail room specifically for owners to place
their own business cards. Only standard-sized business cards will be permitted.
