Board of Director Meetings

Purpose:

To keep procedures orderly and to encourage interest in Plaza East affairs

Rules

• Owners are welcome and have the right to attend all Board of Director meetings.

• Owners will be given an opportunity to speak on an agenda item after the Board members have discussed the item.

• Owners may speak on an item for no more than 3 minutes, unless waived by the Board of Directors.

• An owner may bring up items that are not on the under the “New Business” section of the meeting.

• FYI: Notice of Board meetings and agendas are posted as required by State Statute and Regulation.
