• Apartment Rental/Lease

Purpose:

To ensure that Plaza East remains an owner-occupied building.

Rules:

  • Apartments may not be rented or leased except under exceptional
circumstances. Exceptions must be approved by the Board of Directors. (see
Declaration of Condominium for details)
  • No rooms may be rented.
  • Parking spaces either in the garage or outside may not be rented.
