Occupancy
Purpose:
To
maintain the residential atmosphere of our
community.
Rules:
- Total overnight occupancy by owners and guests is limited to the following:
b. Two bedroom apartment – six (6) persons
c. Three bedroom apartment –eight (8) persons
- Occupancy in excess of the above will be recognized as a nuisance under our Condominium documents.
- No children under 18 years of age are permitted to occupy an apartment unless their parents or other adult relatives are in residence.
- Children shall not play in lobbies, stairways or elevators, or in any way interfere with the quiet and comfort of the Owners.
