Rules

• Apartment Balconies

• Purpose:

To protect the integrity of the balconies and to keep the aesthetics of the
building pleasant.

Rules:

• Towels or clothing may not be placed on balcony balustrades.

• Do no throw any objects from the balconies.

• Plants must have saucer or pan underneath pot.

• No clotheslines may be used on balconies

• Hoses may not be used on the balcony. The only exception is when power washing is required. An Alteration Request Form must be filled out for this purpose.

• Balcony floors may be tiled or painted only. An Alteration Request Form must be filed prior to such work.

• Carpeting is not allowed on balcony floors under any circumstances.

• Balcony walls, ceiling and balustrades cannot be painted.

• Objects and plants may not be hung from or attached to balcony walls or ceiling.

• Cooking is not permitted on the balcony.

• Only outdoor furniture may be used on the balcony.
