Owners
Purpose:
To advise office in case of an
emergency.
Rules:
- Whenever an owner leaves his apartment for seven days or more, the owner should notify the Office and advise dates of absence, address and telephone number where the owner may be reached.
FYI: To protect your property and the property of your neighbors:
ITEM REASON
Close main water valve Prevents accidental water damage
Turn off hot water heater Prevents accidental water damage and lowers energy costs
Set A/C timer to away Prevents mildew and lowers energy costs
Close storm shutters Prevents wind and water damage
Please Note: if you do not have hurricane shutters, you must remove all furniture and objects from your balcony especially during hurricane season.
Owners needing assistance should call the Maintenance Department through the Office.
