MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF PLAZA EAST ASSOCIATION

Dear
Plaza East Residents:
As you may already know, on Thursday August 13th our
property manager, David Beswick, resigned. He will continue to
serve his duties here as property manager until Friday, August
28th. Also, the Association’s Board
President, Tim Smith, has resigned. Mr. Smith will continue to
serve as President until the next scheduled Board Meeting; however,
August 26th
meeting has been postponed until
Wednesday September 30th.
Please be advised, although Mr. Smith has resigned as Board
President he will remain on the board and serve his full
term.
Also, a committee has been formed to start the hiring process of
the new property manager, and will be working diligently in the
selection process. Management will continue to run business as
usual.
