RICHARD LOARIE TO PRESIDE OVER THIS
SPECIAL OWNERS’ MEETING. MR. LOARIE CALLED THE MEETING TO
ORDER AT 10:10 A.M.
- VERIFICATION OF A QUORUM
A QUORUM WAS ESTABLISHED UNDER THE PLAZA EAST ASSOCIATION BY-LAWS
WITH OVER 276 PRESENT WITH PROXY.
2.RESULTS OF PROPOSALS
A) Amend the Documents be lowered from 75% approval of the entire
membership to approval of 75% of a quorum. A quorum is defined as
more than one-half of our weighted members participating at a
meeting of the members.
