WELCOME TO PLAZA EAST

Please remember this is our home and we request that you observe our Rules.
We especially call your attention to the following:


PARKING:
Parking garages are for owner use only.
Guests must have a Temporary Parking Permit on their car dash.

POOL:
The pool is open between 7 am and 9 pm.
Proper attire (cover-ups, clogs or shoes) is required when in the lobbies and elevators.
State of Florida regulations require: a shower must be taken before entering the pool; food and liquids of any kind are not permitted in the pool or pool deck area; food and
beverages can only be used in the
designated eating area (center of upper plaza only).
No diving into the pool.
Children under 10 years old must be attended by an adult.
Children under 4 years old are not permitted in the pool.
All suntan oils and lotions must be removed before entering the pool.
Ball playing, throwing objects or games involving running or shouting are not permitted in the pool or patio area.
Floats, raft or similar equipment are not permitted in the pool, except when worn on one’s person.

CABANAS:
These, along with the lounges and chairs, are private property,
and cannot be used without the owner’s approval.

BALCONY:
Please do not place towels or clothing on balcony railings.
Please do not throw anything over the balcony railings onto the ground.

LOBBY:
Lobby I is open 24 hours per day. Lobbies II and III are open are open from 8 AM to Midnight.

TRASH:
The trash chutes can only be used between 8 am and 9 pm.
Please use plastic garage bags for all trash.
Do no put loose trash into the trash chute.
Do not put pizza containers into the trash chute.
Place all extra trash in the stair well (Call Office 954-563-5616)
